2013 Congress Volunteer Sign-up Form


The 2013 APWA International Public Works Congress & Exposition will be an exciting week as thousands of APWA members come together August 25-28, 2013. You can contribute to the success of our Congress by volunteering your time.


We will need over 400 volunteers to monitor educational sessions and staff various events.For the time you spend volunteering at Congress, you may attend the equivalent time attending educational sessions and all Congress has to offer for free. If you volunteer for some of the early activities, before Congress actually starts, you may return to Congress on a different day to use the equivalent free time you have earned. Educational and General Sessions:

Volunteers will be trained to scan badges for CEU credit. They will also help with crowd control, handouts and call for assistance with AV problems. Volunteers will be assigned to all sessions occurring in a specific room for either the morning or the afternoon, and must stay until all sessions are complete.
