Small Projects - Big Results: Facilities and Grounds Sustainability Projects
This program is a rebroadcast of the original program. It is offered again due to popular demand, in case you were not able to attend. This event will be streamed to you and will require use of your computer’s speakers.
Most agencies assume that a sustainability project has to be big to meet these standards. We believe that building on small successes is one way to work through budget and resource constraints.
This program features projects submitted by our members of public works organizations that have undertaken a small project that incorporated sustainable practices. Use these success stories to jumpstart your imagination of what you could accomplish in your public works departments!
After viewing this program, participants will be better able to: * Illustrate how small changes can result in big savings * Compare other agencies' practices to their own. * Challenge their agencies to implement their own small sustainability projects
This program has been approved for .2 CEUs or 2 PDHs. Please note there is a $5 fee per individual requesting CEUs.
