Do you want to improve your field data collection process?
Mobile technology has greatly improved the field data collection process for virtually all aspects of public works from building inspections to wastewater operations. By having up-to-the-minute access to data, crews today are able to react more quickly to changing priorities and provide a higher level of customer service.
This presentation will help you understand key issues and determine how to plan for a mobile implementation. Already have a mobile application in the field? Learn best practices, improve your efficiency and increase your ROI.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By attending this session, participants will be better able to:
* Conceptualize a paperless field data collection process
* Identify the advantages in implementing mobile technology
* Comprehend how mobile technology can be used to help meet the demands of both field and office personnel for various public works departments
