As ROW Coordinator for the City of Overland Park, Kansas for the last seven years and an equipment operator in the maintenance division of Public Works for 13 years prior to that, Murvyn Morehead has a “two sided perspective” – that of what is in the best interest of the city and what can and can’t be reasonably done by the contractor.
Morehead has witnessed several methods of trenchless technology employed with variying degrees of success. From a “simple” casing installation to a citywide telecom overbuild, he will present the city’s experiences in the form of a case history. Lessons learned and BMP “do’s and dont’s” will also be presented.
