Jeffrey R. LeMunyon, CFA
Jeffrey R. LeMunyon, CFA, is Linwood’s Managing Principal, and has over nineteen years of experience in and around commodity markets, commodity trading, and financial risk management. Some of Jeff’s experience includes: VP of Development with the Twin Cities Board of Trade futures exchange; Institutional Sales/Risk Management Consulting with Linnco Futures Group in Minneapolis; and Director of Energy Risk Management at Allison-Williams Company in Minneapolis.
In addition to this experience, Jeff holds an MBA with Honors in Finance – Security Analysis & Portfolio Management - from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and graduated with a BA in Philosophy from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.
Jeff is a member and current President of the CFA Society of Minnesota (a 1000 member organization for financial professionals) and has served on its Board of Directors since 1999. He is also a member of the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Jeff is a member of the Financial Management and Procurement Committees of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and has authored several articles on Energy Price Risk Management that have appeared in publications including Mass Transit Magazine and Passenger Transport.
Mr. LeMunyon is a member of the National Futures Association and is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

John Cady
Fleet Services Manager City of Palm Bay, FL
John Cady is Fleet Services Division Manager for the City of Palm Bay Public Works Department. The Fleet Division services 470 vehicles and equipment, administers fueling operations, and manages fleet asset acquisition, preparation, and disposal.
The Fleet Services Division has been actively involved in emergency planning and preparedness by providing on-site fleet support during brush fire incidents and around the clock support in the aftermath of Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne in 2004.
John has 7 years experience in fleet management operations, and also provided logistics and planning support for 13 years as a Naval Reserve Officer. John received his MBA from the University of Central Florida in 2004.

Prab Rao
Director of Equipment Services City of Minneapolis, MN
Prab Rao is the Director of Equipment Services Division for the City of Minneapolis, MN. He has more than 25 years experience in municipal fleet operations, starting as an Engineer with the City of Calgary fleet in 1982 where he was responsible for energy conservations and introduction of alternative fuels. Prab converted hundreds of light fleet units to operate on propane, CNG and methanol and installed a propane dispenser facility. He was also responsible for specifying and acquiring gasoline and diesel fuels. Over the years, Prab moved up to become a Supervisor, Fleet Manager and Fleet Services Manager with Calgary, eventually responsible for fleet acquisitions, maintenance, disposals, fabrication and auto-body shops. In 2002, Mr. Rao moved to the City of Minneapolis as the Superintendent of Equipment Services Division and then became its Director. Currently, he is responsible for fleet acquisitions, maintenance, disposals, fuels, stockroom, drivers and operators along with dispatching heavy vehicles and equipment to meet daily needs of the customers. Minneapolis has acquired several hybrid and E85 vehicles and has installed an E85 dispenser in collaboration with the Hennepin County.
