Doug Clark
Safety and Risk Manager City of Greeley, CO
Doug Clark has been the Safety and Risk Manager for the City of Greeley, Colorado for the past 11 years. In this capacity, Doug is responsible for the safety of over 1,000 city employees. With Greeley being a self insured entity, he is also directly responsible for claims management and claims mitigation for the citizens of Greeley. Prior to working for Greeley, Doug was a Colonel in the United States Air Force. During his career in the USAF, he was assigned to accident investigation teams and chaired many combat and non-combat safety committees.

Jerry Pickett is Street Superintendent for the City of Greeley. Jerry is responsible for a staff of 50 involved in field operations including streets, snow control, stormwater, street resurfacing, vegetation and street sweeping. Jerry has worked for the City of Greeley for 26 years. Jerry is currently a committee member for (CARMA) Colorado Association for Roadway MAintenance, APWA Winter Maintenance sub committee and Western Snow and Ice conference.

Chris Reed has worked with the Nebraska Safety Council, for the past 6 years. Her experience ranges from General Industry Safety to Industrial Hygiene. Most of her training and education was received through the United States Air Force. Primary responsibilities include industrial hygiene training and consultation, safety, health & environmental training and consultation, as well as training program development.
