Scott J. McDonald, Director and MicroPAVER Trainer, Technical Assistance Center, Office of Continuing Education, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

In his role as Director, Technical Assistance Center, University of Illinois, Scott J. McDonald interfaces with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Engineering Research Lab (CERL) in Champaign Illinois, where he is involved in software development, testing, and training. His lab related activities include working with both developers and users of a series of engineering software systems to provide a flow of vital information in both directions.

Scott travels across the country providing training and implementation assistance to airports, municipalities, military installations, private corporations, and consultants for a wide variety of software users including MicroPAVER.

Scott's educational background includes a B.S. degree in Computer Science, an M.B.A., and he is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Colorado State University, in the field of Organizational Performance and Change.
