Sabrina Cape
B.B.A., North Georgia College; C.P.A. Public Service Assistant/Financial Management Program Manager, Governmental Training, Education, and Development
Ms. Cape serves as Program Manager for the financial management programs at the Institute. She is an instructor in the state, school, and local government financial management certificate and certification programs. Prior to joining the Institute, Ms. Cape was a finance director and an assistant manager of a local government. She gained auditing experience in local governments with Deloitte-Touche, a national accounting firm in Atlanta.
