Dr. John Luthy
John Luthy has enjoyed a distinguished thirty-year career serving in city, county and state government as well as industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from Baker University, a master's degree in public health from the University of Missouri, a master's degree in public administration from Boise State University, and a doctorate from the University of Idaho emphasizing organization development. John is a leading national authority on public sector strategic planning, leadership, and organization design and development.
Over the two decades he has served the private business, voluntary, and public sectors, John Luthy has assisted hundreds of organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, closely held businesses, and city, county and state agencies, toward the goal of becoming more productive, cohesive, and responsive. He is the author of the acclaimed Prepared For Challenge Organization Development Series™, which has guided hundreds of businesses, non-profits, and public agencies to higher levels of efficiency and performance. His March, 1998 feature article, Seven Dimensions of Employee Improvement and Development, feature article Leaving A Leadership Legacy for Public Management magazine, and The Strategic Planning Guide for the International City/ County Management Association have received national and international attention.
