This webcast series focuses you on areas of content domain, available resources and analysis of specialty topics found within the construction inspection world.

This program cannot overcome lack of experience, and this review will not guarantee a pass rate. But, the series includes tips on how to study prior to taking the exam and leaves you with additional self-directed study questions and information.

San Ramon, CA

Mr. Maciel has over 35 years of project and management experience in the fields of Construction, Engineering and Management. He has managed infrastructure and environmental projects internationally and domestically. His responsibilities have included Executive and Operations Management with financial and operational responsibility, performing at a regional level for business units up to 1200 staff. Experience includes International Business Unit Operations and Management. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through CMAA, a Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI, a LEED AP through GBCI, USGBC, a CPII through APWA, a Building Inspector & Plans Examiner through ICC, and an AIA Associate. He is accomplished in Business Unit Operations, Budgeting, Business Unit Re-engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Training, Business Development, Marketing and Proposal development, Contracts, Negotiations, Strategic Planning, and Corporate Governance.
He has worked as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Hill International Inc., a Vice President and Regional Manager for Harris & Associates, Vice President and regional Manager for IT Corp., President of an IT Corp. subsidiary, IT Iron Mountain Mine Operations LLC., as a Senior Project Manager on infrastructure, environmental and building projects. He has managed general building and general engineering firms from the at-risk side and worked for public agencies in management and construction supervisory roles.
He has earned a BA from Saint Mary’s College of California in Management; a BA from UC Berkeley in Philosophy; and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College.
