Sue is a former Public Works Director and currently oversees the City�s Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Growth Management and Economic Development Departments. Palm Bay is a high-performance organization � so the ability to recruit and retain top talent his a high priority for the City. Speaker:	George Haines, III Director of Operations Peregrine Leadership Institute Gillette, WY George Haines is currently the Director of Operations with Peregrine Leadership Institute in Gillette, WY. He has over 30 years of public sector leadership and management experience. George retired with the rank of Commander from the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps and then worked for 11 years in local government starting in San Mateo County, CA and then serving as Public Works Director for the City of Gillette, Wyoming. George is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) Leadership and Management Committee. He has written many leadership articles for the APWA Reporter Magazine and has been a speaker at the APWA National Congress.
Speaker:	Moderator: Peggy A. Sneegas, PE Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services City of Overland Park, KS Peggy A. Sneegas, P.E. is Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services for the City of Overland Park, Kansas. She manages the Engineering and Building Safety Divisions which oversee private development activities within the City. Peggy has been a member of APWA for 10 years and is currently President of the APWA Kansas City Metro Chapter.
