Jose Villalobos
President and CEO V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc.
Jose Villalobos is a registered Civil and Corrosion Engineer in the states of California and Civil Engineer in the states of Nevada and Texas. He founded V & A Consulting Engineers in 1979. The firm specializes in corrosion engineering, coatings management and condition assessment for water, wastewater and transit systems. Mr. Villalobos also served as Deputy Mayor of the City of San Mateo in 1980. He is a member of ASCE, AWWA and NACE. He has worked on sanitary sewer condition assessment projects for Orange County Sanitation District, Sacramento Regional Wastewater District, East Bay Mud, City of San Jose and the Oro Loma Sanitary District. The condition assessment projects have included the initial investigation, report preparation, design and implementation of the rehabilitation recommendations which resulted from the initial condition assessment work.

Roger Krull
Assistant Superintendent - Wastewater Collection City of Lincoln Wastewater Department Lincoln, NE
Roger Krull has been with the City of Lincoln, Wastewater Collection since 1974, and has been the Assistant Superintendent of Wastewater Collection since 1992. Roger supervises twenty-three employee's that currently maintain 990 miles of collection system, with additional growth of fifteen to twenty miles per year to the system. Under Roger's supervision are five High Velocity Pipe Cleaners (jet flusher), two CCTV (closed circuit television) inspection crews, two construction crews that handle spot repairs and manhole rehabilitation, as well as staff that handle review of CCTV inspection reports, one-calls of the sanitary sewer system, and field inspections on construction of new sanitary sewer projects.

Rusty Shadoin
Wastewater Collection Manager City of Olathe, KS
Rusty Shadoin has been with the City of Olathe since 1988 and is currently the Wastewater Collection Manager. Prior to this position, he began his career at the City as a Maintenance Worker, Sr. Maintenance Worker, and then Infrastructure Inspector. Rusty's current responsibilities include operation and maintenance of 19 Wastewater Lift Stations and the Sewer Collection System, including cleaning, maintenance and TV Inspection programs, which serve nearly 100,000 residents and customers. Mr. Shadoin is an active member of the Kansas Water Environment Association.

Dave Bries
Utilities Maintenance Superintendent City of Olathe, KS
David Bries has worked through the ranks at the city of Olathe since 1981 as Engineering Technician, Program Manager, Technical Support Manager, to the current position of Utilities Maintenance Superintendent. Current responsibilities include management of Water Distribution, Meter Reading, and Wastewater Collection systems which serve over 100,000 residents and customers. David is an active member of the KWEA, Kansas American Waterworks Association, and the KC Metro Chapter of the APWA.
