  1. Register: Fax the completed Registration Form on this brochure or register online at http://www.apwa.net/Education

    The $175 connection fee covers one phone (audio) and one Internet (visual) connection. The call-in line is a toll free 800 number. Multiple connections at one location will require an additional fee.


  2. Set up: Comprehensive instructions will be emailed to you approximately one week before the program. These will have details for connecting to the broadcast and allow you to run a browser test. You will not need to download software. The handouts for the program will also be included in this email.

    You will need a speaker phone and a computer with an Internet connection. If you are hosting a large group you will need an LCD projector connected to a laptop or PC, a room with a screen and a separate phone line connected to a speaker phone.

  3. Day of the Program: Go to www.apwa.net. The Click, Listen & Learn icon will appear on the top right hand part of the home page on the day of the program. After clicking on this icon you will enter your information and view the slide presentation. For the audio portion you will dial a toll free number, and then through an operator you will be connected to the audio portion of the program.
