Reserving the P.W. Paws costume has 3 steps.
Step 1:
Fill out this fax
rental agreement and fax to APWA Headquarters 816-595-5351. It will be signed, and faxed back to you as acceptance of your reservation.
Step 2:
Fill out the online reservation form below and click “submit”.
Step 3:
A representative from APWA’s finance department will contact you about the security deposit.

NOTE: There is no rental fee; however, the renter is responsible for shipment to and from the event. APWA also requires a $500 refundable deposit. (see
rental agreement for details.) Reservations for a particular year cannot be until the previous year's NPWW has ended, as reservations cannot be accepted until then. Only reservations received via this online form, with appropriate paperwork and deposits, can be considered valid. Reservations are first-come, first-served. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know the status of your reservation request.
