Easy User-Friendly Technology:

All you need is a computer and an internet connection. If you prefer not to use audio streaming on your computer, you will also need a speaker phone. Instructions on how to access the Web-based training will be sent in advance before the training begins. You will have an opportunity to participate in a test to make sure that all of your equipment is working properly prior to the training.

Convenient:

Provide training wherever you are. This Web-based Training comes directly to you. You can project the live program onto a screen, in a lecture hall, boardroom or even view it from your own personal computer.

Comprehensive:

Interactive question and answer sessions with provided handouts. CD's are made most sessions so you can run the session later for those who missed the live training.
